Compliant Record Searches
The reliability of Internet sources are considered insufficient to meet F.C.R.A. standards. Experienced record reviewers conduct all public record searches and verifications in person. JANSON and ASSOCIATES takes pride in providing the employer with the most thorough and complete investigations.
One of two Service Agreements between JANSON and ASSOCIATES and employer (end user) are required. A national agreement in compliance with the FCRA remains unchanged. The other, California's version for CA- based employers is in compliance with CA civil code changes effective 1/1/2002. The Service Agreements set forth the end user responsibilities for notification and disclosure to the applicant. A One-time completion of either applicable Service Agreement is required. To begin the process the pertinent Service Agreement may be down loaded, completed and faxed to us followed by the mailed original Service Agreement.
